Welcome to our beautiful and unique Baptist Chapel in the Cotswolds. The detached property has stunning views of Woodchester Valley Vineyard and provides a large, cosy & comfortable base to explore this area of the Gloucestershire countryside & charming local towns. Our home sleeps up to 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms with two sofa beds on the third floor. There are two bathrooms on the first floor with baths and showers and one ground floor guest loo. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The space There is underfloor heating througout the ground floor plus a woodburning stove in the conservatory and wifi throughout the property. There is a the kitchen/diner on the ground floor with a flatscreen tv and dining table to seat 6. It has a sofa and the space is used as a snug. The conservatory that has a large table seating 10 with a wood burning stove, underfloor heating and infra red radiator. There is a games area with a pool table which converts to a table tennis and an air hockey table. The main reception room has a large flatscreen tv and underfloor heating with beautiful views across the Nailsworth valley towards Rodborough Commong and St Chloe. There are three double bedrooms all with central heating and one with an en suite bathroom which has underfloor heating and a shower and bath. A second, first floor bathroom has a shower and bath, with a heated towel rail. The second floor bedroom has one double and a sofa bed and stunning views through a circular window across the valley. There is one ground floor guest loo. There is a roof terrace which can be accessed from the back door via a spiral staircase. A perfect spot for sundowners. There is parking for 2 cars. Other things to note Our beautiful and unique Grade 1 listed Baptist Chapel in the Cotswolds has stunning views of Woodchester Valley Vineyard and provides a large, cosy and comfortable base to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Gloucestershire countryside and charming local towns. There are numerous dog walks and hikes from the house including National Trust land at Boundary Court, Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons. Woodchester Mansion and lakes are open year around and walkable from the village. There are several beech woods and the wild garlic and bluebells are in bloom in early spring througout the area. There is a busy farmer's market at the local town of Stroud on Saturdays and the smallers towns of Nailsworth and Tetbury are a short drive. We are surrounded by cosy pubs and excellent restaurants within both walking distance from the house and a short drive or taxi ride away. Westonbirt Arboretum is a 20 minute drive. Picturesque villages within 20 minutes drive: Painswick, Sapperton, Minchinhampton, Tetbury, Nailsworth, Chalford and Bisley. Gloucester Cathedral is a 30 minute drive and you will find stunning Gothic architecture. The Gloucester Docks are a hub of activity, eateries and shopping. This area is magical in the summer and winter months. There is an information pack in the kitchen and a list of lovely things to do in the area, with places to eat, dog walks, and fun things to do,
