Only one mile north of historic Sparks Victorian Square where you can enjoy live entertainment, restaurants, a brewery, a movie theater, and the world class Nugget Casino and Event Center. More restaurants, a donut shop, and two coffee shops only a block away! The space Full access to private driveway which can accommodate large vehicles. Private gated entrance to entire backyard, sunroom, and tiny house. Guest access Guests have access to entire gated backyard, sunroom, dinining table and grill. Bikes, skis, and other outdoor toys can be safely locked behind the gate. Tiny house has comfy living area with a 55 inch TV, blu-ray player & movies, a small fridge, microwave, and washer / dryer. Bedroom has a queen bed with Eddie Bauer bedding and blackout curtains. Private bathroom. Other things to note The City of Sparks is doing street improvements until December 20th. Days of operation are Monday through Friday
