Spacious and comfortable room with a private bathroom. The apartment has two windows, a large one with ocean views and another that opens onto the porch where you can find a table, chairs and a hammock. There is a fan and mosquito net in the bed to avoid unexpected visitors.... The room is well ventilated and cool. The bed is handmade and the mattress is in perfect condition. We offer good quality cotton bed linens and towels. The space Located on a quiet residential street in a friendly neighborhood, the house is divided into two parts: the front part, dedicated to the accommodation overlooking the sea, and the back part, where the owner lives with her cats Noche and Lua. The house is located in a land area between the sea and the mangroves. Being a fairly closed bay, the sea is very calm and clean, sometimes it looks like a lagoon with almost no waves. The beach is just steps away from the door, just open it and there it is! We can arrange your trip with transfers, transportation, or even be your "stop" on the way to Boipeba. Please check in advance if you need any help. Guest access Optional breakfast for R$60/day for two. Guests can freely access the kitchen and garden area and porches. You can also go up to the roof of room 3 where there is a very nice "chill out" space to relax or exercise. During your stay I let guests enjoy their privacy, but I'm always available for any questions or needs. I can help organize tours of the bay, the mangroves... with local boats, as well as provide guidance on activities in the area, restaurants and events. Other things to note Rooms or the entire house can be rented. Two rooms, one... According to your needs, we can reach an agreement. (see the other listings on my profile). Everyone is welcome, people of any color, religion, orientation... We only ask that you not bring pets, as we have two well-behaved kittens who are very protective of their space.
