The space This self-contained flat includes: • Bedroom: Memory foam double bed with extra bedding and towels provided. • Living room/kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, with comfortable pull-out sofa beds (springy, single-size mattresses). • Bathroom: Recently renovated and fully equipped with toiletries essentials. • Outdoor area: Decking with a picnic table, BBQ, and a small viewing garden that blooms with honeysuckle in summer. • Parking at the front of the flat for two cars (please don’t block access to the main gate) Underfloor heating keeps the space cosy, and a portable fan is available for warmer days. Guest access The flat is entirely self-contained with a private entrance. Enjoy exclusive access to the patio, small viewing garden, and BBQ area. Parking is in front of the flat, with space for two cars. We ask that you keep the gates clear. Other things to note • Poor phone signal in the area: Print or save our directions before your journey! However, Voice-Over-WiFi works on-site. • The property is home to 6 friendly cats and a few chickens. We ask that dogs be kept on a lead while outside the property. • Seasonal decorations are a fun touch!
