The residential complex has a beach pool concept and caters to all types of guests. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites (double bed, and two twin beds). It offers a portable air conditioner in one bedroom, a parking space, a 52-inch TV, Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a gym, a playground, a multi-sport court, a study room and a great location in Águas Claras. It's in Vitrinni Shopping. There is an Ecological Park 200 meters away and the subway 100 meters away. The space The apartment has a balcony overlooking the Ecological Park and Avenida Castanheiras. There are two en-suites and the third bedroom can become an en-suite with a reversible door to the toilet. A portable air conditioner and two fans. We offer a crib for children up to 2 years old, and it must be requested at the beginning of the reservation. Guest access After booking, the name and identity number or CPF of all guests is required. Registration at the reception must be done every time you pass through the turnstile. To prevent this from happening and for greater comfort and agility, I recommend that the definitive registration be made with the condominium administration. The administration is near the pool entrance. Guests have access to all areas. Except for the barbecue area, party room, movie theater, gourmet room, SPA and game room. The entrance, reception, leisure area and garage of the Condominium are independent and exclusive, in relation to the Mall. * The indoor exercise pool is serviced on Mondays and the beach pool on Tuesdays. All are heated. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Our service is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Ask your questions and send the documents before this time.
