Welcome to your perfect retreat! The space Hilltop Mews is a spacious three-bedroom home, full of character and designed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Downstairs, the large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the heart of the home. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, while the cosy log burner makes the living space especially welcoming after a day exploring the Peak District. Bi-fold doors open directly onto the generous enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor dining, children and four-legged guests. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, one with its own en-suite, along with the main family bathroom. The third bedroom is tucked away in the characterful attic, with beautiful original beams and full standing height within the bedroom. Please note that the staircase leading to the attic has areas of low headroom due to the age and character of the building. All three bedrooms have blackout blinds and are thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable night’s sleep. Throughout the property, modern comforts sit alongside the original features and character of this lovely old building. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of Hilltop Mews throughout their stay, with their own private entrance and completely independent living space. The property adjoins our main house but is entirely separate and securely divided, giving guests complete privacy while still allowing us to be nearby should you need anything during your stay. You’ll have your own private walled garden/courtyard, as well as access to the large garden at the rear of the property. Three dedicated off-road parking spaces are provided for guests on our private driveway, directly opposite our own parking area. Other things to note We’re very happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. A pet fee of £25 per dog applies. We kindly ask that dogs are kept downstairs and off the furniture and beds. Please note that we don’t currently have an EV charging point at the property. Public EV charging is available nearby in Ashbourne. The attic bedroom is accessed via a characterful staircase with areas of low headroom, although the bedroom itself has full standing height.
