CoachellaFest/golf/tennis Designer home in gated/lake community. 11' x12' room w/ queen murphy bed + en-suite bath. 2 adults max. you have full access to lvgrm, kit, patio, pool, spa, sauna, tennis cts, gym, wifi. Mstr suite avail. too. see details The space 420 friendly but this is not a party place. please respect my and my other guest's belongings. This small in-suite has a Murphy queen size bed with an excellent mattress and plenty of light from windows. The bathroom has a roomy glass shower. Please see photos. Full access to entire home and development. Guest access this is my home, not a regular rental property, so all you have to bring is your clothes and golf clubs. I have tennis rackets as well. 420 friendly but this is my home, not a party house. During your stay During Coachella fest, you may be sharing the home with other guests in the other suite.
