This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin features a unique sleeping loft accessible by a beautiful spiral staircase, perfect for families or groups seeking adventure and relaxation. Nestled in the heart of Big Bass Lake, you're just minutes away from hiking trails, skiing, and charming local shops. Enjoy the best of nature and convenience! The space Highlights: Comfortable Accommodations: Two cozy bedrooms with plush bedding with linens provided and ample storage. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Dedicated Workspace Bedroom 2: Queen Bed En suite Bathroom Spacious Walk in Closet Inviting Sleeping Loft: A fun, additional sleeping space in the loft—great for kids or extra guests! Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds Playstation 3 with games and bean bag gaming chairs ****Disclaimer for Spiral Staircase Please note that our property features a spiral staircase, while it adds a unique charm to the space, they may not be suitable for everyone. Guests should exercise caution when using the stairs, as they can be narrow and steep. We recommend that individuals with mobility issues or young children take special care. Modern Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms on main floor with updated fixtures and plenty of towels. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances. Cozy Living Area: Enjoy movie nights by the fireplace or relax with a good book. Sunroom: Large screened in porch -perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Outdoors: We have a gravel driveway that can accommodate four vehicles. There are five steps up to the front door and three steps up to the side door. Guest access Big Bass Lake is a private, gated community. All guests are required to complete a renter registration form. Approximately one week before check in, we will reach out to complete this. This information is required to be sent back at least five days before check in. Information returned to us late, or if any changes are made an additional fee may be incurred as per Big Bass Lake Community Association regulations. Please note that if we do not receive the requested information, security will not give you access at the gate. Reservations made less than a week prior to check-in will incur an additional $50 fee (per Big Bass Lake Community Association Rules and Regulations) . You will be given an entry code to the lockbox to access keys to the home prior to check in. Other things to note Daily or weekly passes to enjoy community amenities can be purchased at the administration office (year round) or at the clubhouse (seasonal). Subject to change, currently amenity passes are: Weekday $8 per person Weekend $10 per person Weekly (Non-Holiday Week) $30 per person (Holiday Week) $50 per person And give you access to the following: CLUBHOUSE-walking distance from house Outdoor Pool (Seasonal, with Lifeguard) Splash Pad Snack Bar Activity Room Full Basketball Court, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and volleyball area. *Please note all sport courts are outdoors. Equipment is included in amenity pass purchase additional equipment is available in the house. Please return equipment after using. RECREATION CENTER Indoor Pool (Seasonal) Treetop Lounge Locker Rooms Fitness Center Sledding / Tubing Hills (seasonal) Lakes: The community has two lakes-Big Bass Lake and Larsen Lake- open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Both lakes offer picnic areas, playgrounds and sandy beaches. Fishing licenses are required as per Pennsylvania regulations and can be obtained at Ace Hardware which is less than 10 minutes from the house.
