This beautifully renovated estate sits on a sprawling 10,000 m² plot with around 100 orange trees, designed with meticulous attention to detail. The finca features handcrafted Sabina wood and ironwork, all made locally on Ibiza. With 350 m² of living space, the finca offers the ultimate Ibiza experience, blending natural materials like stone, olive wood, and authentic Ibizan style. The garden, pool, and driveway are elegantly illuminated at night. Outside, you'll find a large natural stone pool terrace with teak furniture, a BBQ area, and lush gardens filled with orange and lemon trees as well as tropical plants. From here, enjoy breathtaking views of Ibiza’s cathedral and the island of Formentera. The finca spans two levels and includes a master bedroom with a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m), a second bedroom with a double bed (1.35m x 2.00m), and a third bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). Additionally, there’s a spacious living room, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms, as well as the living room (the "Sala"), are air-conditioned (hot/cold) and equipped with LCD satellite TV. The Sala also features a cozy fireplace, two seating areas, and a stereo system. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.
