Beautiful new and spacious house, fully equipped, with decorations that will make you feel at home so you can have a pleasant stay with your family/friends. It is close to the Laguna, the IMSS, the University of Guadalajara, high school and the CBtis. The space We have high-speed 150 MB satellite Internet (Starlink). You won't have any problems working and holding your meetings. The garage is spacious and fits two vehicles perfectly. Guest access Access directions will be sent once the reservation is confirmed. Other things to note All 3 rooms are located on the top floor. The 3 bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioning, and all 3 have high-definition TV and independent Netflix accounts that you can use. There is a butcher's shop across the street and a convenience store (kiosk) on the corner.
