The space The apartment has the following features: 1-En-suite with QUEEN-SIZE BED, 42" Smart TV, Split air-conditioning, built-in closets, blackout curtain. 2-En-suite bathroom, mirror and shower stall; 3-Single room with: 1 FULL-SIZE BED AND 1 TWIN BED, split air-conditioning, 32" Smart TV, built-in closets, blackout curtain and protective screen; 4-Social bathroom with cabinets, mirror and shower stall; 5-Living room with custom-made sofa, 2 meters wide, with an auxiliary bed. 47" Smart TV. Dining table for 6 people. Ceiling fan with speed control. 6-American-style kitchen with 4-burner stove, exhaust fan, water filter (cold and normal), refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, all mounted in a built-in cabinet with utensils (set of pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.); 7-Service area with movable clothesline; 8-Balcony with granite table with space for electric barbecue (you can bring it) and with a child-proof screen. 9-All windows, as well as the balcony, have a child-proof screen. 10 - Exclusive Wi-Fi in the apartment. NOTES: 1) BED/BATH LINENS MUST BE PROVIDED BY THE GUEST. 2) The rate displayed on the site is an annual average of the amounts charged. Holidays, Christmas, New Year's, commemorative dates, music festivals and high season, daily rates may vary; 3) The condominium charges a fee of R$ 15.00 from each guest for the identification bracelet. This amount is paid separately directly at the condominium entrance at the time of hosting. Children up to 5 (five) years of age do not pay. 4) Check-in times will be after 2 p.m. and check-out until 11 a.m. This time can be negotiated if there is no check-in and check-out. The keys are provided through an electronic card, and any damage will be charged R$ 400.00. Guest access Guests will only have access to the condominium premises, not entitling them to other clubs (water park or hot park). The condominium is considered the best in Caldas Novas - Privê das Thermas II, with several swimming pools (7 in total), fitness center, playroom, sports courts, sauna, slide, etc. Other things to note 1 - I do not provide bed linens, but I can refer you to someone who rents them; 2- The condominium charges R$ 15.00 for the use of identification bracelets (this amount is not included). 3 - I do not provide an electric barbecue grill - charcoal use is prohibited.
