Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per month. Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays. A $500 security deposit will be required for local guests. There is no elevator on the property You are able to receive mail such as amazon packages, instacart delivery etc. USPS Mail (ie letters) will not be delivered here. Please message for more information. Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk. Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended.
