Walking distance to the Papamoa tennis club and Gordan Spratt Reserve. 15min driving to Summer Hills and 10min to Papamoa Hills Regional Park/Bayfair Coffee, nice restaurants and shops biking distance if you'd like ! The street is very peaceful and the house has everything you need for your family to enjoy your stay ! ☀️🌻 The space 1st bedroom with a trundle bed 2nd bedroom with a single bed 3rd bedroom is the ensuite with king bed 4th bedroom is another ensuite with queen bed
