Welcome to the Rain Valley Villa! This brand new, privately accessed studio is on our forested, open 5 acre lot overlooking one of Flagstaff's most scenic valleys. With our backyard trail access to Picture Canyon and the Arizona Trail full of elk, a 10 minute drive to Downtown Flagstaff, and a short distance to the Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, Wupatki/Sunset Crater, and more, this studio is the perfect spot to explore Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. The space This fully equipped studio is attached to our house but has a double locked off door and a private entrance. It is on 5 acres of mostly wooded forest with a great view. Guest access The studio is on the west wing of the house with a semi-private hot tub area separated from our deck by a double lattice screen.
