Timmy, a 13-year-old gray cat with white paws and Sigvarda, a 12-year-old little spotted cat. The cats are not allowed in the bedrooms as we who live here have allergies. Loft living room with sofa bed, 4 bedrooms: 2 of the rooms have 120x200cm beds 1 room has a flexible bed that is 80x200cm/160x200cm. 1 room has two single beds 75x200cm / 90x200cm that can be put together to form a double bed. Desk in 2 of the bedrooms with chairs. Private toilet on this floor. The house has 6 bedrooms, but is preferably rented out with 4 bedrooms in the attic floor. If needed, the bedrooms in the basement can also be rented. Outdoor area: Secluded with very little transparency. Sun in from morning to evening. Large terrace of about 75-80m2 and a balcony of 6m2 in connection with the loft living room. Guest access 4 Bedroom, loft and toilet room on the loft floor, living room, kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor. Laundry room and entrance in the basement. If there are more than 5 guests, access to additional bedrooms and bathrooms can be provided by appointment/if needed. Other things to note The accommodation should be left in the same condition as on arrival. Bed linen and towels are to be removed and placed in the laundry room. All surfaces must be cleaned. Tables, benches and floors, etc. Garbage is sorted, bags are tied and placed in a garbage can. Note: own bin for food waste.
