Please take this into account when planning your trip. -If there is excessive dog hair, dirt, and/or sand tracked into the house, or other needed clean-up, guests will be assessed an additional cleaning fee. We'll send you a full list of pet house rules and ask that you agree to the rules before booking. - The beach house is on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet and do not pour grease down the kitchen sink. -We live in a remote area, surrounded by redwoods and the ocean. Please be aware that wildlife, including ants, spiders, raccoons, and bears, are common in the area. While we do our best to prevent animals from entering the house, occasional visitors may still find their way inside.
