Due to hilly landscape 25% of the units wall are underground. Private entrance at the back of the house. Living room door opens to beautiful garden like yard. Covered Patio with outdoor sitting area and dinning table. No Kitchen. Host lives on the 2nd floor. No pets are allowed due to my son's asthma and dust allergy issues. NO VISITORS ALLOWED Other things to note There is a 2nd bedroom in the guest suite which is vacant／unoccupied／locked
