Free parking directly in front of the apartment building or in the surrounding streets. The apartment is located on the first floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It has a combined fully equipped kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a toilet. There is a wifi, NETFLIX and cable TV in the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking, so smoking is only possible on the balcony. The space The apartment is located in a residential 4-storey house on the first floor. The residential house is without an elevator. Other things to note The guest(s) are required to pay a city tax of €3.50 per person and per night spent in the apartment before arriving at the apartment. The guest will receive payment details as soon as the reservation is confirmed. After paying the city tax, the guest will receive the details needed for accommodation, including the apartment code. The city tax is mandated by the City of Košice. The host is required to charge guests a city tax as an additional fee. The number of guests is always tied to the number of guests on the reservation. In the event of non-compliance with this policy, the Host is entitled to immediately cancel the reservation without refunding the amount paid for all nights in the reservation. Short visits without overnight stays are allowed.
