Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. in this brilliant mobile home in beautiful Tarpon Springs. This gorgeous property offers 2 bedrooms 2 baths, complete with all the comforts of home away from home. With heating, AC, and WiFi, you'll have everything at your fingertips. If you have a boat and would like to bring it we have a private boat launch nearby and trailer parking to use at your own risk. Boat lifts are not available for use. Other things to note Boat lifts are not included with the rental but you may moor up to the dock on a first come first serve basis using your own bumpers. We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. Our homes will only accommodate up to 3 pets, per reservation. Tampering or turning off security cameras will result in a charge of $200 or immediate cancellation of the reservation. TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation. Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am. To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home.
