To ensure the equipment is properly maintained, guests are not permitted to adjust the water temperature or activate the spa jets. Smoking is permitted only outside, and smoking marijuana or any other illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This rule is of the utmost importance. If any neighbor reports a complaint regarding smoke or prohibited substances, the stay will be terminated immediately, and a $500 deposit will be charged in addition to the cost of the stay. We also maintain a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time, parties, or events. Violation of these rules will likewise result in immediate removal from the property and the $500 deposit being charged. Any smoking inside the property will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
