Modern home in Sneem

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at ‘Ard An Oir’, which is located in the picturesque village of Sneem. It is the perfect holiday location to relax and unwind. With the sea and the mountains on your doorstep, it is an excellent base for touring the scenic Ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way. If you want to ditch the car for a while, you can explore the beautiful walking trails of the Kerry Way. The location is also perfect for cycling and golfing. The space Centrally located, with just a two-minute walk into the charming village of Sneem, the house is self-contained and has private parking. It has two private entrances at the front and back, and a private garden. It offers plenty of space and is perfect for families, there is also a playground and a football/basketball court on the development. The house includes a good size living area that is large enough to accommodate your entire party. In the living room there is a flat screen HD TV (with Amazon Prime Video/Netflix), plus wifi and a blue tooth speaker. The large kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with all new appliances and is well suited for anyone who loves cooking. There is a fridge freezer, hob, oven, Ninja air fryer, microwave, kettle and toaster, coffee machine, as well as basic necessities such as tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper and an array of spices. The kitchen area includes a dining table/chairs plus additional seating. Next to the kitchen there is a small utility area that has a washing machine, iron/ironing board and a downstairs toilet. The house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) upstairs. The spacious and bright master bedroom contains a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet. The room has plenty of storage space and a built-in wardrobe for guests to use. The room offers a lovely view, and overlooks the private garden. The second bedroom also includes a built-in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers and a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom offers a bath and a separate shower, toilet and wash basin. There is a hair dryer in the house. Towels are provided for guests. Smaller children are more than welcome and a travel cot and baby high chair can be provided free of charge, on request. The property has a spacious private garden where guests can sit outside on a sunny day and the kids can play. There is free parking right in front of the house, with room for two cars. As the garden can be entered from the side of the house, it offers a space for bikes to be locked away, or other items such as surfboards etc. to be stored as well. Guest access The guests have private access to the entire property. Other things to note The local bars and restaurants are just a short walk into Sneem. The village has several shops, three pubs, five restaurants and a Post Office. The Killarney National Park, Dingle Peninsula and Valentia Island are all within an easy drive. It is possible to take a day trip around the Ring of Kerry or to take one of the tours from Killarney or Kenmare or a boat trip to the Skellig Islands. Derrynane Beach including the house and gardens is on the doorstep, plus other great beaches which the kids will enjoy. The beautiful market town of Kenmare is just a 25 minute drive away.
