FULL SOLAR BACKUP BEACH HOUSE WITH POOL. This beach house at Prince's Grant Golf Estate, is a luxury 8 sleeper self catering family friendly house. All bedrooms and living areas have beautiful sea views. The house is a quick 5 minute walk to 2 of the 3 private beaches on the estate. The house has a pool and braai facilities. All amenities for a relaxing and fun holiday. The estate has an award winning golf course, lagoon, private beaches, kids play area, restaurant, bar and sporting facilities. This luxury self-catering house is situated on Sandhills Road which is a 5 minute walk to two of the three private beach access gates. The house has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 adults. Arrangements can be made for additional mattresses for up to 2 children under the age of 6. The main bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan and on suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, aircon and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, an aircon and a ceiling fan. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom and separate toilet. The flat has a double bed, aircon and on suite bathroom, as well as a coffee station. All bedrooms have a sea view. On the lower floor is a living area with balcony and outdoor seating area. The living area is equipped with a smart tv which allows access to Netflix and Showmax – your own membership is required for login. There is a DSTV decoder so you can bring your own card, to connect or DSTV could be streamed from your own account. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Gas stove, electric oven, microwave, double door fridge freezer plus a second fridge, Nespresso machine, air fryer and dishwasher. There is also a 6 seater round dining table in the kitchen which is great for playing board games or dining indoors. On the top floor is the kitchen, second lounge and large balcony with a 10 seater dining table and magnificent sea views. The house has a pool area in the backyard with pool loungers to relax on. The pool does have a safety net on. There is a WEBER braai (BBQ) for guests to use. Complimentary uncapped WiFi is included for the duration of your stay. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the laundry, including clothes hanging facilities. Daily cleaning is included in the rate for week days from 8:30am to 2pm. Cleaning services on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays can be arranged, but needs to be booked in advance and will carry an additional fee which is double the normal rate. There are 2 paddle boards that guests are welcome to use on the lagoon. Oars and lifejackets are available from the pro shop at the clubhouse. The house has a camp cot, feeding chair and safety gate for guests use on request. Guest access Guests will have full use of the house and the flat. Key safe for key collection and drop off when co-host is not able to meet you on arrival. Guests are required to pay Prince's Grant Estate access fees of approx R 120 per car and R27 per person. Guests are required to fill out an access form with all guests names and ID numbers (DOB for children) and sent back prior to arrival. This will be communicated directly after booking is secured. Safe and secure parking is available as part of your booking with a double lock up garage.
