Fully equipped cottage for up to 15 people with marquee, tables, benches, dishes, beer tap, sound system and more. This place is perfect for a relaxing or festive time with friends and family! 3 small bedrooms for a total of 5 beds, 8 beds, but tent, caravan or van pitches can be added to accommodate more. One indoor bathroom with dry toilet, and outside 2 additional dry toilets. The space Everything is equipped here! This is a gite with 8 beds possible (8 people) and a large space where you can set up tents, caravans or vans. Many games are available: Ping Pong, shuffleboard, darts, basketball... fishing possible in no kill (fishing card required) and outdoor equipment: barnum, tables, benches, garden furniture, barbecue. The living room is equipped with dishes, glassware, microwave, gas stove, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, and Dolce gusto, ice maker and beer tap for 20 or 30 liter keg. For sanitary facilities: Inside 1 dry toilet, sink and shower, and on the grounds 2 other independent dry toilets. Private parking spaces. Guest access The cottage is accessible by road or train (Dingé or Combourg train station). Other things to note We can accommodate up to 30 people with a surcharge of 10 euros per additional person over 8 (basic rental price). The price includes water, electricity, dishes and barnum with tables and benches. Music allowed until 3:00 a.m. maximum. After midnight, a reasonable sound will be requested to respect the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood. Reservations are from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. for morning check-in or late check-out, an extra 40 euros per half day will be required. Artisanal production of apple juice from our orchard for sale on site. Possibility of making punch with or without alcohol (sponsored by Malorhum). To be ordered in advance.
