In the living room, TV with Wi-Fi, fans in the bedrooms, 2 bedrooms plus a well-ventilated suite. It has 1 covered parking space. Other things to note The townhouse is next to 2 others in a common area where everyone ensures safety by keeping the garage and main gates always closed with padlocks. The outdoor common area has several cameras to reinforce security.
