The space The house has two floors, downstairs is the family bedroom with 3 single beds and a full bathroom in the same room. Upstairs is the American-style kitchen-dining room, living room and terrace, plus another full bathroom. This floor has a double sofa bed and an extra single bed. The home has two pellet stoves (one per floor) and fans on the top floor. The property is very well insulated and has cross ventilation on both sides of the building, which provides comfort in the summer season.
