Casa Alba: two cottages for the price of one!

This lovely vacation home in Murcia (southern Spain) consists of two rooms with a covered terrace. It is ideal for peace seekers, hikers (!) and nature lovers. The comfortable casa is quiet and generously furnished. You have two showers and toilets, a large (living) kitchen, living room with air conditioning, bedroom with air conditioning and shaded terrace with lounge sofa. You share the new outdoor pool with terrace with other guests! Cartagena is within cycling distance, as is the beach of El Portús. The space Your cottage Casa Alba is located in a very spacious garden of about 1 ha where we also live. On the property there are several holiday cottages that are partly rented out and partly converted. There is also enough space for two to max three campers per night that are in their own place. But no worries; you have all the privacy! Two cottages for the price of one, because Casa Alba consists of two different rooms! In the blue wooden "log cabin" you will find a bedroom with double bed (2m x 1.60m) , air conditioning, wardrobe and two comfortable chairs with reading lamp. There is also a separate shower room with toilet and wash basin with mirror. This space is separated from the bedroom by a blackout curtain. The windows of this place almost all have mosquito netting. There are two doors. A door to the front where there is a terrace that is particularly suitable in winter. The other door (which is almost always used as access) opens onto a covered terrace with lounge sofa and hanging chair. From here you also have a view of the garden and the hill which forms the highest point of the Albaladejos. Through the terrace you can also reach the second room. This contains a large and fully furnished kitchen. You have access to a gas stove with oven and all the usual kitchen appliances. Of course, you will also find plates, glasses, pans, cutlery, etc. In the same room there is also a living room with sofa bed, side table, reading lamp, television with Chromecast and a television cabinet for extra storage space. Here you will also find a second AC. This room can be closed off from the kitchen-living room by means of a sliding door. The living room adjoins a second, very large bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and free to use washing machine. Here, too, all windows are equipped with mosquito netting. The air conditioning can also be used as heating on cold days. We take care and unburden you. Your double bed is made up, you will get towels and kitchen towels and we will make sure there is drinking water for the first days. And of course there is a bottle of Spanish wine waiting for you! IMPORTANT: No more than two people are allowed in this cottage. No parties or birthdays. Extra visitors are not possible! Other things to note Swimming pool For our safety and yours, our property is fenced and equipped with an automatic access gate. This can be operated with its own code. This gate is always accessible. Pool The swimming pool (salt water, 5 x 3.20 meters) is shared with the guests of the other two casas. It is accessible from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Towels and sheets We provide clean towels, sheets and kitchen linen. Once a week, there is a change of bedding. Kitchenware Your cottage is equipped with everything you need in your kitchen. In addition, we provide a basic supply of pepper, salt, oil and vinegar. Dishwashing liquid, kitchen roll, cleaning agent and toilet paper are also provided. Wi-Fi You will receive a Wi-Fi code from us for free internet Shopping A pleasant neighborhood store with fresh cheese and cold cuts is 6 km away. At 10 km, you have several supermarkets. In Perín is a "social café" where you can eat and drink for little money (closed on Tuesdays). You can walk there in about 35 minutes. The cozy port city of Cartagena is only 15 minutes away by car.
