Modern, Stylish Home / Hot Tub in Trendy Garden

Fancy a weekend getaway to chill? Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Property has access to 2 bedrooms (one king / one double), en-suite attached to the master bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, w/c and outdoor area. Property has a hot tub. Chemicals will be added for your arrival - instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. The hot tub does have a gazebo over it, so can be used in all weathers. Tub will be cleaned for your booking - hence the higher cleaning fee. The space Master bedroom has access to double bed, en-suite and 55 inch smart tv. It has access to built in wardrobe, which you’ll have access to half to use. The en-suite has a shower. There’s a king-sized bed in the second bedroom - also has access to built in wardrobe. There’s also a 42 inch smart tv. All tv’s in property have access to Netflix and Amazon video. Both rooms have access to a fairly powerful fan - there will be a remote for this next to the bed (on the table). The bathroom has access to usual appliances but has a bath only. Please feel free to use products around the bath (bath bombs etc). Living room has comfortable sofas and 65 inch smart tv. Also has dog toys if required. Kitchen has access to normal appliances like kettle, toaster, oven, air fryer, fridge. There will be snacks supplied and placed in the middle of the kitchen table. The hot tub mentioned previously is, of course, in the back garden. The back garden is fairly private. The hot tub will be set at 39 degrees. Happy for you to adjust this to suit your preferences. My one ask is that, after use, if the hot tub cover can be put back onto the hot tub to ensure the heat doesn’t continuously escape and it also ensures the next time you use it, it’ll be at the right temperature. 😁 Please note - occasionally I do spend time in my office next to the driveway - this is, of course, completely separate to the property. You will not see me (unless you want to say hello or ask any questions!) and I sleep at a property close by (my partners, walking distance) - hopefully this isn't an issue for you. Guest access There’s one room that’s permanently locked (my bedroom) but otherwise all areas of the home. Other things to note I am close to Bridgend town, Bridgend train station, Police Headquarters, Princess of Wales hospital and Porthcawl. Home is very close to local amenities like Tesco Extra, Lidl and fast food.
