Furnished apartment (167m²), ready to welcome you and your family. Very large balcony, with barbecue and sea view. Well ventilated, 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, 55' in the living room and 45' in the master suite. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Air Fryer, stainless steel pots, general utensils and wine glasses. And in the common areas, swimming pool, game room, gym, elevators and 2 parking spaces. The space The apartment is located on Martim de Sá beach, in front of the Canto Bravo kiosk. Just cross the street and you're on the beach. There are 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites. All with built-in closets. 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and 1 has a ceiling fan (suite no. 2). The master suite has a Jacuzzi bathtub and a gas-heated shower, the other two bathrooms have electric showers. The 2 balconies have safety nets. Basic items for personal use such as towels, sheets and pillowcases are not included in the accommodation (pillows included). These items may be included if requested, and will be charged separately (please consult). It is possible to add up to two additional guests without extra charge (maximum 10 people in total, including children) but they will have to sleep on a mattress on the floor, as the apartment has only 6 beds. CHECK-IN can be done from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. For early or late check-in, an additional fee will be charged, except in previously agreed cases, subject to approval. CHECK-OUT can be done until 12 noon. After this time, an additional fee will be charged (please consult). Early check-in or check-out after the allowed time, please check availability and additional fees. No pets are allowed in the space, nor are parties, events or loud music, even during the day. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the apartment other than the balcony (outside area). PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, and the main common areas of the building, already mentioned. Only the ballroom and barbecue in the common pool area cannot be used by guests due to the condominium's internal regulations.
