Apartment 302 is located in a small building in the heart of the old town neighborhood, an ideal place for those who want to get to know the city's gastronomy, history, and artistic and cultural programs. The building is located next to the Feliz Lusitânia tourist complex, a cultural and architectural space that houses important buildings in the city. It is also located near the Ver-o-Peso Market and the Estação das Docas, where you can discover the secrets and flavors of the Amazon. Welcome! The space The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a small building from the 1950s. Due to the three flights of stairs, the space is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. The apartment is spacious with many rooms and high ceilings, as in any good old building. The guest room has a cozy balcony with a view of the Sé Cathedral, a church famous for being the place where, every second Sunday of October, the Procession of the Cirio de Nazaré begins. The room is equipped with basic items such as: a fan, a lamp, a desk with a chair, and a small armchair. The bathroom is outside, but it is located right next to the guest room, and is very easy to access. In addition to the living room, the apartment also has a large patio where you can see the Guajará Bay.
