Welcome to The Holbrook Loft! This updated, upstairs unit has all of the amenities needed for a stress-free getaway. Located less than one mile to Downtown Plymouth + close to Ann Arbor/Detroit/DTW Airport. This newly renovated 1BR/1 bath unit features a fully-stocked kitchen, 55” ROKU TV w/ access to Netflix & Amazon Prime, a peaceful & spacious yard + all of the essentials you need for a great getaway! Perfect for singles or couples! The space You will have the Airbnb (pictured) entirely to yourself. The entryway to the home is shared with the Airbnb that is on the lower level of the home. You’ll have your own designated parking right in front of the home for easy access. There are stairs you need to take to enter the home. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A coffee maker that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea kettle for non-coffee drinkers. The fully stocked cupboards feature a selection of complimentary coffee/cream/sugar to enjoy. Bedrooms: We know sleep is important while traveling! The bedroom contains a Queen size bed with a brand new, memory foam mattress perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedroom features black out curtains + night stand with lamp, a dresser and a closet with hangers for your clothes. There is also an iron and tabletop ironing board to ensure your clothes remain wrinkle free. In the Summer the bedroom will have an AC unit. There is a portable fan and a noise maker machine on the nightstand to ensure a peaceful night sleep (super helpful with all of the Plymouth trains!) Bathroom: Updated, bright bathroom features a full-tile shower and vanity with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Living Area: The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with access to Netflix + Amazon Prime and a comfortable, leather couch. An assortment of board games (tic tac toe, chess, checkers) and a deck of cards are also available for guest use. A coffee table that doubles as a dining table/desk area with coasters and placemats compliments the cozy living area, complete with a beautiful, soft rug. In the Summer there will be an AC unit.
