Welcome to "Es Guinchets", a peaceful and warm home, at the gates of nature. This large 125 m2 attic apartment is on the top floor of a two-story house and is accessible by elevator. Located in a quiet area on the edge of the countryside in Domdidier, this cozy apartment is the perfect base for many excursions (Morat and the Three Lakes region, Fribourg, Bern, Lausanne, Neuchâtel). The space The spacious, carefully decorated living room invites you to rest and relax. You will find a TV connected to cable (Swiss and international channels), with the possibility to connect to your Netflix account, Disney+, etc. The stay offers a nice view of the surrounding nature. The apartment includes two beautiful bedrooms (160cm and 140cm beds), as well as a small cozy bedroom (120cm bed). If needed, we provide you with a crib for your baby. All three bedrooms are equipped with blinds and underfloor heating. The living room opens to a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and ceramic hobs. A wide range of amenities is available for your use. Don't hesitate to contact us for additional amenities (fondue caquelon, raclette oven, tagine, party crepes) or to ask us for advice on Swiss and Fribourg cuisine. The apartment includes a spacious bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub, toilet, sink and storage spaces. A second separate toilet gives you more comfort. A large balcony of 18m2, facing southwest, will allow you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. Enjoy our outdoor space set up for convivial evenings around the fire. The fire pit is available to grill, share an aperitif or just enjoy the atmosphere. Whether it's for a relaxing moment after a busy day or a night out with friends, this is the perfect place to find yourself under the stars. On request 1 extra bed of 90 x 200 is available. Ability to charge an electric car for an additional cost. Washer and dryer available in the building (common area). Guest access Your comfort is our priority. The apartment is completely private, with a separate entrance. Other things to note Ideally located in the beautiful Three Lakes region, the apartment is a place of choice for all those who wish to enjoy both nature and the proximity of major cities. Bike lovers, interested in water activities or simply looking for relaxation, everyone will find something to suit them. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate direct access to cycle routes 44 and 99, ideal for rides on quiet roads or mountain biking. We can also provide you with GPS tracks to facilitate your outings. For those who like tranquility without sacrificing accessibility, major cities are nearby: Bern (35 min), Lausanne (50 min), Neuchâtel (35 min), and Fribourg (25 min). Whether by car or public transport, you are perfectly well served, with a train station within a 10-minute walk. For your daily comfort, you will find all the necessary services within a 10-minute walk: shops, bakeries, restaurants... Everything is at your fingertips to make your stay enjoyable and convenient.
