Cozy in the Village: 5min walk to Bars/Clubs

This place is a hidden gem in dt Toronto, located by Church-Wellesley Village Minutes walk to College or Wellesley subway station, and 506 street car 24hr gym and concierage security 24/7 convenience store within 5min walk 5 min walk to popular clubs and bars, e.g. Woody's, Crews and Tango, the Flash, the Well Bar etc. Young and vibrant vibe LGBTQ+ friendly The space My place is a 1+1 condo unit in DT Toronto. I host clients from time to time in the bedroom while I stay in the den. Both rooms have doors and are completely private. You can expect a homy and cozy feeling during your stay. If you are looking for a hotel level experience, this may not be your best option. Guest access You will have your own bedroom with a lock on it and share other spaces with me, like kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc. During your stay I work from home most of the time. So you can expect me to be in the living room during weekdays. I'm great at responding to my clients' questions and always try my best to accommodate their requests, such as free parking arrangement, food recommendations, etc. I'm happy to hang out and answer any questions that you may have while your stay! Other things to note Before booking: Please be comfortable referring yourself as my friend, instead of mentioning airbnb, when you communicate with the building concierage/security staff. Check-in guide will be sent one day before your arrival. No communication is needed between you and the building concierage/security staff during your stay, as you will have full access to the building after you check in. Please make sure you are comfortable to share some space with me before your booking :) Please note that there will be extra charge on extra guest, so make sure you put the right number of guests on your booking.
