The space Old Towne Loft is a studio apartment, located above the garage which is next to the main house. Guest access The apartment is located above the garage and accessible only by stairs. Old Towne Loft is located in the heart of historic Georgetown, Texas only 3 blocks from the Square. I live in the house located next to the garage apartment. We are on the corner of 7th Street and Elm Street. You will see a gate open to the drive way toward the garage and apartment which is above the garage. There is a concrete slab off Elm Street on our property which you may park on. The gate will be open for you to access the apartment. Just walk up the drive, past our house and you will see garage. The stairs are to the right side of the garage. I will leave the lights on if you arrive at night. The keypad is located on the apartment door. Other things to note Because this is a studio apartment and accessible only by stairs, it is not suitable for children.
