The space This beautifully remodeled property was designed specifically for our guest as a 5 star BNB. You'll love this quiet neighborhood and the charm of this amazing home. The open living area is so comfortable you may not want to leave.  Large contemporary sofa with a chaise and loveseat is set in the middle of this great room facing the entertainment area.   Carry on conversations from the sofa while others enjoy the dining area for eating or playing games.  Plus, all the modern amenities you need to ensure a great stay. There are two large bedrooms both with king size beds, smart tvs, nightstands and lamps complete with usb charging ports for all your devices.  Sit back and relax as you login to all your favorite streaming services on the smart tv.  The beds are very cozy with 4 pillows ready to make certain you receive a great night's sleep.   There is plenty of storage in dressers and closets.  The third bed is a single rollaway bed located in the living area closet.  This bed features a flippable mattress for soft or firm sleepers, sheets, comforter and pillow. Enjoy the large modern inspired bathroom with double vanity and large shower with seat.   Plenty of lighting and towels so your morning routine will be a pleasure.  Plus a long lighted vanity the perfect place to apply makeup. The full kitchen is ready for home chefs with plenty of counter space,  full size fridge, microwave, wall oven, glass cooktop, toaster and of course our coffee bar ready for service with its own Keurig.  Plates, glasses, cookware and essential pantry items will be waiting for you so you can entertain your family and guests. Just outside the kitchen door you'll see the covered patio area ready for relaxing with lounge chairs, dining table and patio lighting.   Enjoy an iced tea or glass of wine as you relax before heading out for a day of shopping just minutes away in San Angelo's downtown area. Guest access As a guest at the Courtyard Verde you will have complete access to both the front and back yards including the private driveway, garage & laundry room. All rooms in the main house are open to you as a guest except for the owner's closet and cabinet. Frontdoor entry is via smart lock. There is a code to the garage if you wish to use it for parking or access. (some larger vehicles may not fit)
