The main part of the 120 m² cottage has been designed to offer maximum comfort and conviviality. Thanks to its modular furniture, our place adapts to your needs and can be rearranged to free up space. We are delighted to welcome a wide variety of people: *For vacation and relaxation: ideal for people wishing to reconnect with nature or groups of friends such as bikers like us or cyclists who have come to travel the beautiful roads of Charente. We provide you with our large carport, which is sheltered and secured by the parking lot closed by an electric gate. * Inclusion and respite side: A peaceful haven perfectly suited for a respite stay with a loved one in a vulnerable situation. For caregivers, I can take over for you with your loved one. To allow you to rest and give yourself time for yourself. (Everything is organized in advance) *Professional side: a quiet place for workers on business trips with the advantage of a large enclosed and secure car park for vehicles and equipment. 🌿 Our daily eco-responsible approach As an eco-lodge, we are committed to limiting our environmental impact. We invite you to participate in this initiative through simple, free, and easy-to-adopt actions during your stay (energy management, recycling, water conservation). A great opportunity to reconnect with the essentials, without constraints and with ease! 🛏️ The sleeping area: 3 large modular bedrooms The arrangement of the beds can be adapted to the composition of your group: Bd 1 and 2: They have a single bed and a TV as standard. If you're traveling as a couple or with a group, we can double the sleeping space by installing a second real single bed. Conversely, if you come alone, the freed-up space accommodates a comfortable recliner with a footrest. Bedroom 3: It offers a large double bed (equipped with a very discreet medical lifting option) and a TV. 🚿 A comfortable and accessible shower room The BA has a large walk-in shower and a toilet. For the comfort of all and the autonomy of those who need it, it is equipped with grab bars and removable grab rails. ✨ The story of our cottage (A caring soul) The special feature of our place lies in its history: almost all the furniture, dishes, and decorations come from a wonderful wave of family and community solidarity in the Charente. That's what gives it that unique and warm "family home" feel. A peaceful, green, and vibrant haven The large garden is a real space of tranquility, surrounded by nature, where it's nice to recharge your batteries. Very wooded and green, it is home to a joyful biodiversity: as the hours pass, you will share the space with birdsong and the dance of butterflies. It's the ideal place to disconnect, let the kids play, or simply enjoy the quiet of the Charente. On summer days, an above-ground pool will also allow you to cool off. 🏠 Caring proximity and complete privacy Our residence is semi-detached with the cottage. We have designed the spaces so that there is no line of sight: your privacy is fully preserved so that you feel at home. However, this proximity is a real plus: if you have a question, need advice about the area or assistance, we are just next door and happy to help! 🔑 Flexible check-in and complete independence For your convenience, access to the cottage is designed to be simple and smooth: Secure lockbox: It allows you to arrive with complete flexibility and at a time that suits you, without the stress of timing. Access badges: Once you have settled in, we provide you with badges for the electric gate. This will allow you to enter and leave the property with your vehicles (cars, motorcycles) completely independently and safely. ♿ Inclusion & Respite Option (Upon request): Because we want vacations to be accessible to everyone, we have a large catalog of transfer and comfort equipment (lift, shower chairs, etc.) stored separately. This equipment is loaned free of charge and installed only at your request for people in vulnerable situations or with disabilities.
