PEACEFULL&RELAXING, villa with pool , surrended by the Jungle. 1 Bedroom , king size bed,WIFI tv(films),2 AC units,1 in living room and 1 in bedroom, equiped kitchen. Located on a private reserve and gated property, with private entrance and parking space. Linens and towels are included. The property is at 10mn(2.5mil)up a dirt mountain road driving from the mainroad ,12mn Punta Uva beach, restaurants and grocery 15mn ,20/25mn from Puerto Viejo center;20mn from Manzanillo . The space The villa is for 2 persons,1 king bed. located a Punta uva inland, 10/15 mn drive from the mainroad and the beach of Punta Uva(at the way out of the street crossing the mainroad), the house is located 4.3 kilometers (2.5 miles) from the main road, up a dirt mountain road,althought you can dríve with automobile, a SUV, no necessary 4x4, is recommended . Located in a private reserve and gated property,the villa is totally private,surrended by the jungle and tropical garden(1 acre),you can see many species of birds, frogs, butterflys, howler monkeys, capuchins etc from the terrace ,the swimming pool, or while walking in the tropical garden ; for nature lovers, practice yoga or simply unplugged. the property is completly fenced, there is no opposit. .there is not washing machine in the house.We can recommend you a good laundry. calisthenic,workout spaceThe property is secure and monitored, with an outdoor camera covering the entrance gate and front porch. Henri lives on-site in the first house and is often around with his dog Fresco, ensuring a friendly presence on the property. ..Do not hesitate to ask us any question, we are here to help you before and during your stay, our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Other things to note For stays longer than a week, we offer every 2weeks changes of bath towels and bed linens upon request. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this service during your stay. For more 1 month stay :internet, house cleaning 2 times/ month;garden maintenance , pool maintenance are included. Terms for Medium or Long-Term Stays For medium or long-term stays (over 30 days), electricity costs are the responsibility of the guest. These costs will be calculated based on actual consumption and must be paid separately. The property is secure and equipped with an outdoor camera facing the entrance gate and porch.Henri lives in the first house and is often present on the property with his dog Fresco. Although the area is safe, we recommend keeping valuables out of sight and taking normal precautions. The host cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or forgotten personal items.
