People like being close to everything. It is 1 min from the airport, amtrak, and public transportation. It is also 1 min from Penn State Harrisburg campus so there is a young vibe mixed with the feel of an older historic town. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The unit is located on the second floor of a single family home. It is an older home and the outside needs some TLC, but is nice on inside, has been recently updated, and has all replacement windows. Budget friendly option for traveling professionls or other extended stay visits. Other things to note The heating for this unit is inside the lower apartment. On occasion, we need to coordinate a comfortable temperature between both units.
