Property Highlights: -Four Generous Bedrooms: Each room is designed for relaxation, featuring plush bedding and ample storage. The master suite includes an en-suite bath with a steamer included in master shower. -Three and a Half Baths: Enjoy the convenience of multiple bathrooms, complete with modern fixtures and plenty of space for everyone. There are two master bedroom's with en suite's. The third full bathroom is a shared bathroom in-between bedrooms 2 and 3. -Open Living Space: The expansive living area is perfect for gathering, featuring comfortable seating and large windows that flood the space with natural light. -Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the contemporary kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and all the essentials you need for meal prep. -Prime Downtown Location: Step outside to explore Chattanooga’s vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment scene. There is free street parking after 6 pm and on Sundays. There is parking garage on Cherry Street that will be free after 5 pm through the weekend ending at 11:59 pm on Sunday night. Otherwise you can pay to park on the street, or in the parking lot across the street. Book your stay today and experience all that Chattanooga has to offer! Other things to note PARKING: Parking is not always free. Parking on the street is free after 6 pm and on Sundays. There is a parking garage caddy cornered to our building as well as a parking lot directly across the street. The parking garage is $9.60 every time you enter. You can not come and go on the same ticket. You will have to purchase a new ticket every time you enter. KEYPAD: Please do not use the keypad on the building to try and open the door. Only use the keypad lock located on the front door itself. STAIRS & LAYOUT: The front door opens to an entry way and then a set of stairs that takes you to the second floor. The main level with the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and one master bedroom are on the main level. The second level has bedroom one and two with queen beds in them shared by a jack and jill bathroom. Bedroom four is a second master with a king bed, ensuite and a loft that has another full bed up top. There is enough space in this room for a blow up mattress as well. There is a stackable washer and dryer on this floor as well. KITCHEN: We have a fully equipped kitchen. We provide Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper. The oven has a small steamer side on the left which is turned off, but the regular oven is functioning. TRASH: The trash goes in the garbage bin that sits in the alley. LEFT ITEMS: We are not responsible for any items left behind and will not be able to mail them back to you. Please be sure to look around for all personal belongings before your departure.
