You'll walk into an open plan sitting room/dining/kitchen. A small store off the kitchen and a back balcony off the back door completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you have 2 ensuite bedrooms - the front room is bigger and with a bigger balcony while the back bedroom is smaller and with a smaller balcony. Each room comes complete with in-built wardrobe while the double size bed has a bedsize with a single drawer. There is a ceiling fan and an air-conditioning unit in each bedroom The space 2 double bedrooms Each room has: A double bed, complete with a 10-inch Vitafoam and 4 pillows. Ensuite bathroom - the front bathroom has a heater, the back does not. There is a bedside with one drawer A built-in wardrobe Dressing mirror Airconditioning unit Ceiling fan Balcony Sitting room has: A smart tv connected to the wi-fi Sofas A stylish centre table Airconditioning unit Ceiling fan Centre rug Kitchen has: Cooker with 4 hobs connected to a gas cylinder located at the back porch Cooking utensils Crockery Washing machine Fridge/freezer with water dispenser A microwave and food processor can be provided for additional charge. Please ask. Visitor's toilet is located in the front porch Other things to note The entire compound - not just your apartment, is a NO SMOKING area. Any violoation will be dealt with decisively - You and everyone in your booking will be evicted without refund, and your security deposit will not be refunded. The gates of the compound are locked at 10pm everyday. You cannot go out or come in after the gate is locked. No pets are allowed. Visitors are not allowed to spend the night. By visitors we mean anyone who is not on the original booking.
