The space Explore the famous waterfalls at Silver Falls State Park, the largest state park in Oregon, and hike its ‘The Trail of Ten Falls’ including a thrilling walk behind South Falls and its 177-foot curtain of cascading water. Known as the ‘Crown Jewel’ of Oregon’s state parks, Silver Falls is a scenic treasure with unlimited recreational opportunities in its dense forested landscape. More comfortable on the pavement than the trail? The quaint town of Silverton offers delightful shopping, a bustling seasonal farmers’ market, excellent restaurants and brew pubs. Take a trip back in time with a movie at the historic one theater cinema built in the 1930s (it’s a bargain too). Silverton is also home to The Oregon Garden, a stunning 80-acre botanical garden with more than 20 specialty gardens and is open 365 days a year. The Garden hosts numerous events including an annual brew fest, summer concerts, holiday craft markets, artist exhibits, drive in movies and more. Less than an hour down the road, world-class wineries and gourmet meals in Oregon’s renowned wine country await. Guest access Just 8 miles from downtown Silverton and 6 miles from the Silver Falls State Park. Plenty of parking for multiple families and large groups. Dog friendly with a small pet fee. Please don't leave the dog unattended in the house or outside. The house is located on a working farm, workers could be in the area but never at the house.
