Guest access During your stay at the REGIOHOTEL Berghotel Ilsenburg, our inviting lobby invites you to relax and socialize with other guests. Our wellness area is available to you for a small fee of € 6.00 per room and hour. Enjoy relaxing moments in the Finnish sauna or bio sauna and unwind in the cozy relaxation room to recharge your batteries. Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet in the breakfast restaurant, which offers a wide selection of delicacies. In the evening, a varied buffet awaits you in the Rudolfo restaurant, which you can book as an optional extra. Round off the day in our sociable Q-Bar - enjoy a cocktail and spend relaxing hours playing a game of darts or billiards. During your stay If you have any questions, requests or problems, you can reach us personally from 9:00 - 17:00 at the reception desk on site. However, our hotel hotline is available for you until 10 pm. Other things to note Our town charges a visitor's tax of €2.50 per guest per night, which is charged on departure. In return, you will receive a visitor's tax ticket with numerous benefits, including free use of public transport throughout the Harz district, discounts in restaurants and cafés and reductions on admission prices for sights and museums.
