The room is all yours with door and key; bathroom is shared. Electricity round the clock; little noise or smoke from generators! The common areas? Kitchen, Sitting Room and Dining. Work away in a dedicated workspace. Content creator? Studio Lights available. No overnight guests please. Cooling by an amazing high powered fan not AC The space A traveller looking to save on the cost of hotels while having the basics of light water and a clean fresh room with freshly laundered sheets and pillow cases will find this room to be more than adequate. This lovely home away is suitable for professionals, travellers and virtually anyone who needs 247 electricity, wants to be productive and live and work away from distractions in their current situations. My repeat guests have tended to be quiet people who don't go out much and instead are in the room for hours on end working on some project or the other. Yet, if you are outgoing, we are located in a beautiful estate that is warm and serene for those who would love to venture out and explore the immediate neighbourhood which features a few restaurants and eateries, 5 supermarkets, two suya spots, a tree lined vista great for walking, a sports multiplex with 5-a-side football and more, a few gyms and several corner shops. Magodo is also a well located, well served estate upscale neighbourhood with high net worth families and from where you can easily hop in a ride share (Uber Bolt Lagride etc) or other public transport to explore the rest of Lagos. The neighbourhood is also well served with some restaurants, cheap eats, gyms, supermarkets, nearby parks and even a major mall not far away. For those who need to go to a local market, there are nearby village markets but also the well known Ketu Market and Mile 2 Markets are accessible. Need to hop on a flight to another state, the Local Airport (and the International airport too) are only a few miles away. Guests have also needed to take transportation to explore other states, Ojota and Ojodu-berger garages are also quite accessible. The room itself is minimally inspired by a fusion of ancient African royalty with minimalist contemporary ideals too. You will notice the old floors tastefully adorned with traditional floor mats to channel this energy. The high ceiling and gold curtain also complement this ideal. During your stay Feel free to call the live in manager who has her own quarters a few steps from the apartment.
