Villa Mares - Mediterranean Sea Loft

The Mediterranean Sea Loft accommodates up to 4 people and is 700 meters from Morro Beach. It has 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a stove, AirFryer, 375L refrigerator and all new items, as well as an outdoor area with a barbecue. It has a private garage (compact cars up to 4.45 meters) and a laundry room, making it ideal for those seeking comfort and practicality. Close to restaurants, pharmacies and markets, its location is perfect for exploring Guarapari. Other things to note 🔑 Use of Keys The unit keys remain attached by a safety steel cable, which must not be broken. The deliberate separation of the keys can compromise the unit's power control, allowing the air conditioner to remain on unnecessarily while no one is in the unit. In case of cable violation, a fine of R$150 will be applied, referring to the replacement of the system and possible additional energy costs. 💨 Hair Dryer We provide a hairdryer free of charge upon prior request. We ask that the request be made up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Requests made after this deadline will be subject to the availability of the Villa Mares team at the time. Pets 🐾 policy Small pets are allowed upon prior request and payment of an additional specialized cleaning fee. The fee is intended for the complete cleaning of the unit, ensuring comfort and safety for the next guests. For prices and conditions, please contact us before finalizing the reservation.
