Indulge in the epitome of opulence at our 4BHK Oakwood Chalet. The property is segmented into four glass house cottages, each radiating a warm, cozy ambiance thanks to the rich interiors that evoke a snug and inviting atmosphere. Every cottage is a self-contained unit of comfort, housing well-appointed bedrooms that promise restful slumber and a living room where relaxation is redefined. The space Property Layout: Ground Stucture Bedrooms: - This Villa boasts 4 bedrooms, divided between four cottages. - Each cottage has 1 bedroom. - All Bedrooms have queen-sized beds. - All Bedrooms have attached bathrooms. - Extra bedding available on request. -  Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioner. Living Room: - There is a common living room for all cottages. - The living room has a sofa seater for 6 people. - There is a 55" Flat Screen TV for your entertainment. - A dining table for 8 people is also available within the living room. - The living room is equipped with an air-conditioner. Bathrooms: - All bedrooms have attached bathrooms equipped with basic toiletries. - The villa has 4 bathrooms, all attached to each bedroom. - The bathrooms have geysers installed for your convenience. Kitchen & Meals: - Heavy cooking is prohibited. - There is a Kettle and refrigerator available on the property. - Drinking water is available. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available to use for upto 12 people. - Outside meals are not permitted in the property. - We have in-house meal plans. Should you require to book it, kindly let us know in advance. This shall be subject to availability of our chefs. Rates are displayed under meals tab on the website. Outdoor Area: - The villa has a huge green lawn with outdoor furniture. - There is a huge private pool for your enjoyment. - Additionally there is a games room and a dinning area for your group. - A Gazebo area which can accommodate 12 people is available on the property with BBQ facilities. Additional Amenities: - Games such as carrom board and Table Tennis are available. - Wifi connection is available on the property. - Secured parking space for 3cars is available - A generator is available for use in case of a power failure (additional charges apply). - Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests if required (upon request) - Barbecue facilities are available upon prior request and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. -Roof may make noise during rains. - Power fluctuations may happen. In that case, generator backup can function 2-3 Air conditioners. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - Outside food is not allowed. Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 10,000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. Other things to note - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - A private pool is available from 2 pm till 10 pm, -Guest cannot bring their own chef or maharaj at the property.
