Along all other beaches, the palms were wiped out years ago by a pest and never replanted. Not here. In Puerto del Cuyo you will still find that genuine Caribbean atmosphere, blended with Mexican authenticity, that once characterized every beach town in Yucatán. The Hacienda Antigua Villa is a cozy retreat just steps from the beach – perfect for budget-conscious travelers who want to enjoy Mexico without the crowds. House Rules Travel, health, and accident insurance is strongly recommended. Please report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly. No parties or loud music – we value a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Dispose of garbage and food scraps to avoid pests. No open flames or burning candles. No additional overnight guests allowed. We cannot take responsibility for theft or damage to personal belongings or cars. Toilets are not to be used as bins; please rinse sand off before entering the house. Please treat the property with care – damages will be deducted from the deposit. Cleaning included: linens changed every 7 days, towels every 4 days. For your arrival, we provide water, soap, toilet paper, a sponge, and basic cleaning supplies. Please restock as needed. At arrival, please check: WiFi code, towels, boiler switched on, cleanliness of the house. Pets Not allowed in Hacienda del Cuyo (Beach House) Allowed in Hacienda Antigua (cleaning fee: 300 Pesos).
