Bedroom of about 25 m2 composed of a 140 × 190 bed with headboard, a table with 2 chairs. Shower room with sink (including tap that extends for better flexibility), and toilet. Electric roller shutter. Electric convector. No air conditioning because the summer room remains cool. Warning: Presence of thermodynamic hot water tank in the room that heats the water of the whole house Guest access You can use the entire 25 m2 room as well as, if necessary, the part of the garage through which you access the accommodation.
