To access it, you'll need to walk down a short flight of stairs (about seven steps) upon entering the building. Your apartment will be on your right. Parking * You have two designated parking spaces: * One covered parking space (Number 1). * One uncovered parking space outside the carport. * Please note: No other vehicles are allowed at the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Entry * Airbnb will send you a unique access code for the parking lot entrance. * For your convenience, the code to enter the apartment will be the same as the parking lot code. Other things to note ​I. Booking & Occupancy ​Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. ​Guest Verification: We may require guests to provide a government-issued ID for verification purposes. ​Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6, including any visitors. Please ensure this limit is not exceeded. Anyone visiting the property during your stay must be included in your total guest count and listed on your reservation. If there are additional guests above 6, they will be subject to a charge of $100 per person per day. ​II. Property Rules ​No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. ​No Drugs: The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. ​No Pets: Pets are not allowed. ​No Weapons: Weapons of any kind are prohibited on the property. ​III. Noise & Respect for Neighbors ​Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these times. ​No Outdoor Music: Outdoor music is not permitted. ​Shared Driveway/Entrance: Please be considerate of noise levels, especially when using the shared driveway/entrance. ​IV. Parking ​Designated Parking: Two designated parking spaces are available – one covered and one uncovered. ​Unauthorized Parking: No other vehicles are allowed at the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. ​V. Other Important Notes ​Damages: Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the property beyond normal wear and tear. ​Violation of House Rules: Proof of breaking any house rules is subject to removal from the property without a refund. ​VI. Booking Requirements ​Profile Verification: All guests must have a verified profile on Airbnb. ​Extended Stays (28+ Nights): To ensure a good fit for long-term stays, we require guests to have an established Airbnb profile with a consistent history of positive reviews. We are unable to accommodate requests for extended stays from new profiles without prior host reviews.
