Perfect for destination remote work or a restful vacation, Sunrise Ridge has an ample 2,500 square feet with four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and renew. The space FAMILY ROOM: Roomy living area with a 60" television and Apple TV featuring YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Max, Paramount+, Disney+ and Hulu. One-touch fireplace makes for cozy ambience. KITCHEN AND DINING: Abundant space for cooking and dining. Kitchen nook seats 6-7, dining table seats 8, and bar seats 4. High chair on hand for a little one in your party. PRIMARY BEDROOM: Primary bedroom has a television and Apple TV with the same streaming services, and another one-touch fireplace with chairs for morning reading. Quick exterior access to the patio. Elegant bath with double sinks, stall shower and generous closet space for you to use. SECONDARY BEDROOMS: Three other bedrooms that include one queen and four twin beds for kids or other guests. Porta-crib on hand for you to use if helpful. HOME OFFICE: Dedicated workspace with a door for quiet and focus. Fast wi-fi to facilitate Zoom meetings. Wi-fi printer if you need to print a few pages. FITNESS: Latest model of Peloton Bike+ available. Feel free to add or create a profile, and either bring your shoes or use ours (Men's size 10 and Women's size 7.5). OUTDOOR PATIO: Expansive outdoor space with seating for six at the outdoor table, and another four seats around the propane-powered fire pit. The secluded backyard is perfect for playing the outdoor games on hand, like Cornhole and Connect4. VINTAGE OAKS: Our home is in Vintage Oaks, one of Auburn's best neighborhoods. We love taking an invigorating 30-minute walk around the loop that is Sunrise Ridge Circle. Along the way, you'll see the neighborhood park with swings for kids, and access to the neighborhood hiking trail, which is another fun option for 30-45 minutes of outdoor exercise. NEARBY: Five minute drive to Auburn's best restaurants, and the American River canyons with its picturesque hiking trails and mountain biking opportunities. Not much farther to the Placer County Wine Trail, with a mix of boutique wineries to visit. Seven minutes to the Flower Farm, a delightful brunch and lunch spot with onsite wine tasting. And just a ten minute drive to Sierra College Blvd. featuring Target, Walmart, Studio Movie Grill, and much more. GOLF: Golfers, you are 15 minutes from The Ridge, Auburn’s highly rated course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. Nearby are Black Oak, Darkhorse, Winchester, and Auburn Valley Country Club. DAY TRIPS: There is so much in close range for day trips — just 90 minutes to scenic Lake Tahoe, 45 minutes to the State Capitol and the California Railroad Museum, a little over an hour to Reno’s gaming, and 90 minutes to incredible wine tasting in the Napa Valley. Other things to note We want every one of our valued guests to arrive to a PERFECTLY clean home that is spick and span. As a result, we ask all guests not to allow food in the bedrooms. We have to assess a $250 deep cleaning fee if we find food stains on the bedding or if other areas of the home have been treated in a manner requiring extensive cleaning. Thank you!
