Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, and we want to keep it that way. -Noise Please keep noise levels down, especially during nighttime hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. -No Grilling on the Deck To ensure the safety of all guests and to protect our property, grilling is not permitted on the deck. Thank you for your understanding. -Firewood Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. Firewood can be purchased locally at nearby convenience stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and other retailers. Please do not cut, collect, or burn wood from the property. -Outdoor Games and Recreation Area Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor game room and recreational amenities during their stay. Please use all games and equipment responsibly and return items to their designated storage areas when finished. For everyone's safety, children should be supervised while using the facilities. Pond, Waterfront & Property Notices Stocked Pond Our pond is stocked for guest enjoyment. Please practice Catch & Release Only so future guests can enjoy the fishing experience as well. -Swimming Swimming is permitted at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times while near the pond or waterfront areas. -Paddle Boards & Paddle Boat Paddle boards and a paddle boat are available for guest use and enjoyment. Please use all watercraft at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, and life jackets are strongly recommended while using the paddle boards or paddle boat. After use, please return all equipment to its designated area and leave it in the same condition you found it. -Hunting Absolutely NO HUNTING is permitted on the property. Violations may be reported to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). -Wildlife & Insects To help keep insects and wildlife outside, please keep exterior doors closed whenever possible and avoid leaving them open for extended periods of time. -Heating / Cooling The thermostat is located in the living room. Please feel free to adjust the temperature for your comfort during your stay.
