Welcome to Moulin Choix 🌿 Our family home, 1 hour from Paris, at the foot of the village windmill, is an old farmhouse – formerly a small farm – renovated with beautiful materials to perfectly integrate with its atypical setting. Isolated from the rest of the village, you can live in the countryside in total disconnection 🧘‍♀️ and enjoy the calm of the fields and woods as far as the eye can see 🌳 Passionate about vintage, the furniture has been sourced and renovated by your host to create a unique, retro and warm interior ✨ The space This house, which we have pampered for 10 years, has accompanied the growth of our small family and we are very happy now that it can accommodate new guests! Our house sleeps 8, up to 10 people with the comfortable sofa bed located in the upstairs bedroom (on request). You can enjoy, on the GROUND FLOOR: > a beautiful living room with beams and "cathedral" ceiling featuring - a living area with stone fireplace to warm up your long winter evenings 🔥 - a dining area with a large farmhouse table for your lively lunches - and a TV area with games for young and old > a fully equipped kitchen with a bar table > and a sleeping area serving: - bedroom M and its 180 bed - the Alma room, its 160 bed and view of the mill - the Victoire room, its 160 bed and office area - shower room with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. And on the UPPER FLOOR: > a reading corner and games for children on the landing, > a teleworking space with garden views, > the Jules room, its 180 bed and view of the mill roof (+ the 140 sofa bed with mattress on request at the time of booking) > and bathroom with bathtub, double sinks and toilet. You will also enjoy a large GARDEN with a beautiful south-facing terrace, a large parking lot, a vegetable garden area (in fine weather: raspberries, strawberries, 🍓 rhubarb and aromatic herbs🪴), petanque court, barbecue, home-made hut, swings and sandbox for children! Late Checkout: Want to enjoy the house until the evening? When still possible, we block the reservation to ensure that the house will be available to you until 7pm. €100 supplement.
